Virtual Primary Care: 

• This is our most      customized member experience product we include member specific      information through:       
  • HRA(health risk       assessment): patented from the Cleveland clinic this gives the dedicated       primary care doctor an excellent holistic view of the patient, asking       questions common in a brick-and-mortar office, like: How frequently do       you exercise, how much do you drink a week, and do you have any family       history of depression?
  • at-home lab test: a       finger-prick dry blood sample. They collect A1C and Lipid panel levels (       sugar and cholesterol). 
  • Genomics test: through       saliva we are able to see any elevated risks for specified diseases as       well as certain types of Cancer.
  • PGX test : or       pharmacogenomics test, this test measures your body chemistry to see what       certain types of medications your body accepts as well as what       medications your body rejects( SSRI’s, pain medications and       antidepressants). The PGX test can also measure absorbency from other       types of medications  ( whether your body absorbs 25% or maybe %400       of a specific type of medication).
• Having an integrated      Primary Care doctor be the same doctor every time you meet, as well as      coordinating Urgent Care consultations for a full picture of the patient.
